1/2 c mustard, Dijon
1 t pepper, black
1 T br sugar, light
1 T olive oil
1 t garlic powder
1 c Cornflakes, crushed
1/2 c cheese, Parmesan, grated
1-1/2 lbs pork chops, boneless

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix together mustard, pepper, br sugar, olive oil & garlic powder.
2. In separate flat bowl or plate mix together cornflakes & cheese.
3. Dip both sides of chops in mustard mixture.
4. Place chops into 8x8 baking dish.
5. Top with Cornflake mixture.
6. Freeze at this point if desired.
7. (Thaw) Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes until cooked through.
8. If baking frozen, add 15-20 minutes. Keep an eye on them.
