Cold water fillets-jack or pickerel
1/2 c flour
1 tsp, seasoned salt
1 tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp.dried parsley
corn oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Rinse and dry fillets. Small portions fry very nicely.
2. Cover bottom of heavy frying pan with corn oil (this is the secret ingredient), and heat over low-medium heat.
3. Coat fillets in flower mix and place in hot pan.
4. Time EXACTLY 3 minutes each side and serve hot.
