1 cup corn meal or corn muffin mix-- I use the mix
l 1/2 cups bisquick
1 small can cream style corn
1 cup sour cream
2 eggs
1 TBL. sugar
2TBL. oil
1/2 cup milk

Combine all ingredients and pour into muffin tims. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes
