1/4 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup sherry cooking wine
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs

Directions:
2 hours-1 day before serving: Combine soy sauce, cooking wine, and sugar in a small bowl. Pour half the mixture over chicken; reserve other half, refrigerated, for serving. Marinate chicken in refrigerator at least 2 hours or overnight

Day your serving: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake chicken on baking sheet about 20 min.

Quickly sear cooked chicken under broiler (a couple of min per side) to get extra color and flavor.
