2 cups raw almonds
½ teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
½ tablespoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon dried rosemary leaves
1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a 3 ½ quart slow cooker. Cover, and cook on high for 1 ½ hours, stirring every 30 minutes, until nuts are fragrant and toasted.
Serve warm, or allow to cool.
