3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
1 T. vanilla
2 c. shredded zucchini
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla; stir in shredded zucchini. Combine dry ingredients and add to zucchini mixture. Mix well. Pour into greased loaf pans and bake at 350º for 1 hour.
