2 c. milk
4 1/2 tsp. yeast
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c. lard
5 to 6 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Using a large bowl. Dissolve yeast and milk. Add sugar and slat, let set until bubbles form about 10 minutes. Add lard, eggs and 1 cup of the flour. Mix together until smooth. Add rest of flour a little at a time. Don't make to stiff or your rolls will be hard. You want it to be a bit sticky. Grease hands and drop golf ball size balls on cookie sheet. Let rest 10 to 15 minutes. Make indention in center of balls to place fillings. Add a teaspoon full of filling to each roll. Bake at 350º for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool and drizzle with powdered sugar frosting enjoy.
