Ingredients:
Ingredients:
8 oz tube refrigerated crescent rolls
6 to 8 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup milk
3/4 cup finely shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup bacon or ground pork sausage,
cooked and crumbled
(I used bacon)
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Line the bottom and sides of a lightly greased 13"x9" baking pan with unrolled crescents, pinching seams together to seal.
(I'm thinking that next time I'll use an 8 x 11 baking dish,
so the casserole will be thicker.)
In a bowl, mix together remaining ingredients.
Pour over dough in baking pan.
Bake at 350* for about 20 minutes,
until golden and center is set.

Personal Notes:
I like to change this easy recipe up by:
using 3 meats and cheese( Canadian bacon, pork sausage and bacon)
or using cheese and veggies( mushrooms, onions, peppers..whatever I have on hand)
have fun and create your own combination
