Cake:
2 Eggs
1 C Sugar
1 C Flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 C Milk
1 1/2 Tbsp Butter

Topping:
4 Tbsp Butter
1/2 C + 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
4 Tbsp Milk
1/2 C Sweetened Flaked Coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to Bake 350º.
Combine all the cake ingredients together and mix well. Pour into a greased pan and bake for 20-30 minutes.
In a pot, combine the butter, brown sugar, milk, and coconut. Mix together until it begins to boil.
Pour the topping over the cake and place in the oven on broil until the coconut begins to brown.
**You must watch the cake while in the broiler
