2 lb. hamburger meat
2 TB basil
l 1/2 tsp salt
1 large can tomatoes
1 large can tomatoe paste

Cheese filling
three cups cottage cheese
2/3 cup grated parmesan
2 TB parsley flakes
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp salt
1l2 pepper

l0 lasagne noodles, cookrd
__________________________________
l lb. mozarella cheese
_______________________________________

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, drain fat, add other ingredients. Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes. Mix together cheese filling ingredients. Spread half cooked noodles in a l3by9 pan
2.spread half of cheese filling on top
3.spread half of mozarella on top
4. spread half of meat sauce on top
repeat

Bake at 350 for l hour. Let stand l0 minutes
