Graham cracker crust
Melt in microwave:
30 caramels
3 tbls. butter
2 tbls. water
Pour in crust and
Sprinkle 1/2 c. chopped pecans chill one hour

Mix
6 oz. cream cheese
2/3 c. powdered sugar
Spread over first cooled layer

Melt
3/4 c. milk choc chips
3 tbls. hot water
Cool

8 oz. cool whip - fold in with chocolate
Spread on top
2 heath pars
crumble on top
