4-8 pork chops (boneless or bone in
2 c. flour
salt & pepper

1 can cr. mushroom soup
2 can beef consommé
1 can water
1 1/2-2 1/2 c. Uncle Bens Long Grain & Wild Rice
1 tbls. dry onion (minced onion)

Directions:
Directions:
Shake chops in flour, Salt & Pepper
Brown in veg. oil
Lay in roaster
Mix soups and water, onion and rice
Pour over chops
Bake at 350º 1 - 1 1/2 hours

Optional: Salt and pepper chips. Layer pork chops in crockpot with all ingredients on low for 4-6 hrs until done.
