Ingredients:  
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. breadcrumbs
1/2 c. milk
1 egg (lightly beaten)
1/2 cup parm cheese (shredded or shake)
1 small onion diced
1 tsp. salt

1 can beef consommé'
1 can cr. mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix top ingredients and roll into balls (golf ball size)
Place on cookie sheet (one with sides)
Bake at 400º for 20 minutes

In kettle, warm consommé, cr. mushroom soup and sour cream to thicken

Put all in crockpot and heat through serve when all hot
