Sirloin steak
2c flour
salt & pepper
veg. oil
cr. of Mushroom soup
2 cans beef broth
Directions:
Directions:
cut sirloin into cubes.
Shake in flour, salt, pepper mix
brown in oil
add I can beef broth to pan with fry drippings,
mix one can of broth with cr. mush soup and add. simmer 45 minutes
add salt and pepper as needed
serve with mashed potatoes or egg noodles
