Beat 8 egg whites till stiff
Add:
2 c. White sugar beat 20 minutes
then
Beat the 8 yolks until lemon colored -
add one c. sugar beat 10 minutes
Put yolk mix into whites mix and beat 20 minutes
add 1 tsp all spice
Refrigerate

add apricot brandy, vodka and hot water. Sprinkle with nutmeg
