1 c. milk
1 c. cream
3 c. flour
1/2 lb. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Meat Mixture
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
1/2 c. water
pepper to taste
1 med. onion chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs - optional
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients, let meat mixture stand 1 hr - in fridge
Roll dough into circles (size of saucer)
Spread half of circle with meat mix but not all the way to edge
Fold over other half and seal by rolling over or pinching or forking
fry in deep fryer in Crisco 350º
