1 lb hamburger
1 md sour cream
1 can cr mushroom soup
salt
Pepper
Diced onion
Instant rice
Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, with onion and salt and pepper
drain excess grease
Add cr mushroom soup and sour cream
Salt and Pepper to taste -
May add milk or cream if too thick
Simmer

Prepare rice according to package
Serve stroganoff over rice
