2 pkg. yeast in 1/2 c water and 1/2 tsp. sugar
Beat:
3 eggs
1 c milk
1 c hot water
6 tbls. melted shortening
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
7 cups flour

Directions:
Caramel rolls - mix one c. cream and 2 c. br. sugar - put in bottom of pan
roll out dough, sprinkle with br. sugar and cinnamon - place in pan, raise and bake

Cinnamon - roll out and sprinkle with sugar cinnamon (raisins optional) place in greased pan, raise and bake

Cottage cheese Kuchen - put edough in pans, let set 15 minutes, fill with 2 eggs, vanilla,1/2 c sugar, cottage cheese, sprinkle with cinnamon

Fruit Kuchen - 1 c. sugar, 2 tbls flour, nutmeg, mace, cinnamon and fruit'
Dot with butter and sprinkle with cream
