2 pkgs. fresh Baby Spinach
1/4 Purple Onion, cut into very thin rings
16 oz. can Mandarin Oranges
5 oz. bag Blanched slivered almonds
1/2 - 3/4 cup Golden Raisins
1 container fresh Mushrooms, thinly sliced
La Martinique Poppy Seed Dressing
La Martinique French Vinaigrette (clear)

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté almonds in butter, drain on paper towel and then lightly toast.
Combine spinach, onion, oranges, almonds, raisins and mushrooms. For dressing, combine both La Martinique dressings. Pour over spinach, toss and serve.
