1 lb. bag Baby Spinach, washed and chilled
1 can Water Chestnuts
1 can Bean Sprouts, drained
2 hard boiled Eggs, chopped
1/4 lb. crisp Bacon, crumbled

Dressing:
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
1/3 cup Sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. Ketchup
2 tbsp. Vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. Worchestershire Sauce
1/2 medium Onion, chopped
1 tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine spinach, water chestnuts, bean sprouts and eggs in serving bowl. Blend dressing ingredients until smooth. Pour over spinach and toss. Top with crumbled bacon.
