12 oz. Tricolor Spiral Pasta
2 jars (6 oz.) marinated Artichoke Hearts, drained (reserve liquid)
5 oz. Pepperoni Slices
1 Onion, finely chopped
6 oz. can sliced Black Olives
1/2 cup Tarragon Vinegar
1/2 cup Artichoke Liquid
1 1/2 cup Caesar Salad Dressing
1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Cook pasta per package directions. Drain and put into large bowl to cool. Cut artichokes into bite size pieces. When pasta is cool, add artichoke pieces, pepperoni, onion and olives. Combine tarragon vinegar and artichoke liquid with Caesar salad dressing. Mix well and pour over pasta. Add 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Stir well. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan on top.
