1 large can Apricots
1 large can crushed Pineapple
2 pkgs. Orange Jell-O
1 pkg. plain Gelatin (small packet)
2 cups Hot Water
1 cup Miniature Marshmallows

Topping:
1/2 cup Sugar
3 Tbls. Flour
1 Egg, slightly beaten
1 cup Apricot and Pineapple Juice
Cool Whip
Grated Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Drain fruit and reserve juice. Chop fruit and chill. Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add one cup reserved juice and chill until mixture begins to gel. Fold in fruit and marshmallows. Pour into large pan and chill until firm.
Topping:
Combine sugar, flour, egg and juice. Cook, stirring constantly until thick. Remove from heat. Add 2 Tbls. Butter and cool. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread on gelatin mixture, then add grated medium cheddar cheese.
