2 lb. Ground Sausage
10 Eggs
1 1/3 cups Milk
3 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese
3 cups Croutons (I like to use Olive Garden brand)
1 tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 9 x 13" pan with Pam.
Add 3 cups croutons to pan.
Brown Sausage and drain well. Layer over croutons.
In large bowl, beat eggs. Add milk, salt and cheese. Mix well.
Pour over sausage mixture.
Cover pan and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Remove cover and bake for 45 minutes or until set and lightly brown.
