1/2 loaf white bread, cubed
1 lb. sausage
10 oz .cheddar cheese
2 cups evap. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
5 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
grease 9 by 13 pan
brown sausage and drain.
spread sausage over cubed bread.
top with cheese
stir together remaining ingredients and pour over cheese and bread
Cover and refrig. overnite
Bake at 350 about 50 min.
