1 lb lean ground beef
1/3 c chopped onion
1/4 c chopped celery
1 small can stewed tomatoes
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c quick cooking rice
1 t. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 t. Chili powder
2 small green peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger ,onions,celery in microwave 5-7 minutes, stir halfway through. Drain fat. Add 1/2 of cheese and other ingredients. Cut peppers in half, remove seeds and put on top, cut side down. Microwave, covered for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Set 5 minutes. Serve
