Ingredients: 1 Tablespoon vegetable Oil 1 chicken gizzard 2 Tablespoon Minced Green Bell Pepper 2 1/2 oz ground Beef 2 1/2 ground Pork 2 cups water 2 Tablespoon Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon AP Flour 14 oz beef Broth 2 teaspoon milk 2 teaspoon white vinegar 1 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper coarsely ground 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder 1/8 teaspoon onion powder pinch dried parsley flakes

Directions:1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large saucepan over medium, heat. Saute the chicken gizzard in the oil for 4-5 minutes, until cooked. Remove the gizzard from the pan and let it cool so you can handle it. Finely mince the cooked gizzard.
2. Add the bell pepper to the saucepan and saute for 1 minute. Combine the ground beef and ground pork in small bowl. Knead the meat together with your hands until it's well mixed. Add the ground beef snd pork to thr pan and cook it untill it's browned, use potato masher t smash the meat into tiny rice- size pieces as it browns, |
