1 1/2-2 lb cod
3/4 c. panko
1/4 c. grated parm
Zest of 1 lemon
1 T. chopped parsley
1/4 t. paprika, salt and pepper (or combo seasoning

1 T. olive oil
1-2 T butter melted
1 T. lemon juice
seasoning

Oven 400º

Put fish in liquid mix then dip in dry mix.
Parchment and put fish on sheet pan.
Bake 20-30 minutes
