32 oz. Heinz 57
4 oz. Jane's Crazy mixed up salt
2 1/2 oz. Jane's Crazy Mixed up Pepper
8 oz. Dales
20 oz. A-1
1 oz. Garlic Powder
1 pint Early Times or other Bourbon

Mix it in a big ol' bowl and use it for marinating and cooking.
