1 med. head cabbage, shredded
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
1 (14oz.) can tomatoes, drained
1 8oz. can tomato sauce
3 Tbsp. Tomato paste
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. each garlic power, pepper, and salt
Mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Steam cabbage in steamer basket 6-8 minutes until tender. Saute' the beef, onions and peppers until meat is browned. Stir in the tomato paste. Add the tomato sauce and seasonings to the pan .Simmer for 10 minutes. Grease a 9x13 baking dish. Layer 1/2 of the cabbage, 1/2 of the beef mixture, and 1/2 of the cheese. Repeat ending with the cheese as the last layer.. Bake uncovered at 325º for 15-20 minutes until heated through and the cheese is hot and bubbly.
