Crust:

3 C flour
2 t baking powder
pinch of salt
1/2 C sugar
1/2 C Crisco
2 eggs
1/2 C milk

Filling:

1 C ham - chopped or bulk Italian sausage browned
1 C parmesan cheese - grated
1 block of sharp cheddar cheese - shredded
1 # pepperoni - chopped
8 eggs beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crust ingredients and knead into soft dough, save 1/4 of dough for top. Roll out 1/4" thickness. Put into pie pan. Bake crust at 350º just until light golden brown. Let cool for about 30 minutes.

Mix filling and put into pie pan. Roll remainder of dough and cut strips for lattice on top of pie. Beat 2 egg yolks and a splash of water and brush on lattice.

Bake 1 hour at 350º
