1/2 c gran. sugar
1/2 c. soft oleo or butter
1/2 tsp. peppermint ext.
1 egg
1 1//2 c. all purpose flour
1//4 tsp. b.soda
1/4 tsp. salt
FILLING:
2 c. powered sugar
3 Tbsp.soft butter or oleo
2-3 drops food coloring
2-3 Tbsp. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Grease muffin tins on bottom (small)
beat sugar and butter til fluffy
beat in ext. and egg til fluffy
On low speed add flour, b.soda and salt.
Shape into balls. press into bottom of tins and up sides, prick with fork.
Bake 9-12 min.til golden brown Cool. Remove from tins and cool completely.
spoon or pipe into cups the filling.
