1 head cauliflower, cut in flowerets
1 Tbsp oil or butter
salt & pepper to taste
1/4 c hot sauce (optional)
1 Tbsp. butter
optional- blue cheese or ranch dressing on the side)

Directions:
Directions:
Toss cauliflower in oil with seasonings. arrange on single layer n baking sheet. Roast at 400 degrees for 20-30 min. Toss cauliflower in hot sauce and butter, mix and dip in dressings if desired.
