Filling:
5 c. peeled, sliced peaches (about 1 1/2 lbs.)
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon

Topping:
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt,
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Filling: Gently toss sliced peaches with brown sugar, the 3 tbsp. flour and cinnamon. Arrange in a 11x7 baking pan.
Topping: Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, nutmeg; add egg and mix with a fork until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle the crumbly mixture over the peach filling. Drizzle melted butter evenly over crumbs.
Bake at 375ºfor about 55 minutes or untill peaches are soft and the topping is golden.
Serve cold or warm. Wonderful with ice cream!!
