3 cups chopped Red peppers
3 cups shredded carrots
3 cups chopped Broccoli
3 cups chopped and soften Noodles
3 tablespoons Soya sauce and Olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
1 egg
Spring rolls wrappers
Vegetable oil

Directions:

Wash and chapped pepper and broccoli
Peel and shredded the carrots
Soften the noodles with warm water in a bowl, rained and
chopped it about 1 to 2 inch long
Added everything into the bowl and mix them up.
Now it’s time to wrap them and you can use egg to seal it.
Pour oil into large skillet to a depth of one inch. Heat skillet over medium heat. Cook the spring rolls one layer at a time , for 5 to 6 minutes per side or until golden crisp.
You can eat them with any sauce you prefer
