1 or 2 Bags (16 oz.) Frozen Field Peas with Snaps
1 Slice Country Ham
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Black Pepper
1 Tbsp. Chopped or Minced Garlic
1/2 Tsp. Oregano
1/2 Tsp. Cumin
1/2 Tsp. Dried Thyme
1 Quart Cold Water

Directions:
Directions:
Add water and ham to a large pot and boil for approximately 20 minutes. Add peas and remaining ingredients. Cook for approximately 45 minutes or until desired tenderness is achieved.
