2 tbsp butter or olive oil
2tbsp bacon grease
1c onions
1/2c red bell peppers
3 ears white corn cut off cob
1/4 chicken broth
1c heavy cream
1/2c sugar
1/2tsp cayenne pepper sauce
1/2tsp thyme
2tbsp green onion
1/2 tsp parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Sautée onions, add bell pepper cook for 3 mins, add corn cook 3 mins, add chicken broth and simmer on high heat til liquid is reduced then add 1c heavy cream. Strong simmer and add sugar and cayenne pepper. Simmer til thickened. Add thyme, green onion, and parsley and place in baking dish.
