1/2 c. pure olive oil3
1/2 c. veg. oil
1 large egg yolk at room temp
1. tbsp. white vinegar
kosher salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine oils in cup or small bowl, set aside. Whisk egg yolk, vinegar & 1/2 tsp salt in nonactive bowl. Drizzle in oils very slowly whisking constantly. Mix should thicken after1/2 oil is whisked in, if not don't add anymore oil until with more stirring it begins to thicken, refirg. for up to 4 days.Store in air tight container..
