CAKE

1 cup water 1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick butter 1 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup oil 2 eggs
1/2 cup peanut butter 1 tsp vanilla
2 cup sugar 1/2 cup sour cream
2 cup flour

ICING

1 stick butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
6 Tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 lb. powdered sugar

Directions:
In sauce pan, mix water, butter, oil, and peanut butter. Bring to a boil. In large mixing bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt and baking soda. Pour hot mixture over the dry ingredients and stir well. Add remaining ingredients and stir until everything is mixed well. Pour into a large greased and floured sheet cake pan. Bake at 325º F for 20 minutes or until done.

ICING
While cake is baking, in same saucepan melt butter, peanut butter, milk, and vanilla. In your mixing bowl put the pound of powdered sugar. When the cake comes out of the oven, let it sit for 5 minutes, then pour hot ingredients over the powdered sugar and stir until mixed. If it is too stiff, add a tsp of milk at a time. pour over warm cake and spread. Enjoy!
