8 oz. seasoned stuffing, Note 1
2 tbsp butter or margarine, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup, (10 3/4 oz.)
1/2 c. sour cream
2 small zucchini, shredded or cubed which every you prefer
2 medium carrots, shredded
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 c.colby/jack cheese, shredded

Note 1: Stove Top Chicken flavored stuffing (about 4 cups)

In small bowl, combine one cup stuffing and margarine; set aside.

In large bowl, combine soup and sour cream. Add zucchini, carrots, onion, cheese and remaining stuffing; toss to mix well. Spoon into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with reserved stuffing mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for thirty-five minutes or until hot. Makes about five cups or six servings.
