3/4 tsp. Coarse Pepper
1 tsp. Mustard Seed
1/2 tsp Garlic Salt or Powder
1/2 tsp Onion Salt or Powder
1/2 T. Tender Quick Salt
3/4 T. Liquid Barbecue Smoke
1/4 C. Water

Mix with hands. Cover and put in ice box.
Mix again each day for three days.
On the fourth day, form in roll and bake one hour at 350º in boiler pan with one-half cup water in pan.
