1 lb scallops
2 Maui onions, thinly sliced
flour, to coat onions
2 cups oil
2 tbsp yogurt
1/2 cup chicken stock
basil, to taste
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Coat onions with flour. Deep fry, drain. Saute scallops. Add chicken stock, basil, salt and pepper. Serve while hot.
