1 can sliced peaches, 28 oz undrained
1 package yellow cake mix, 17-18 oz
1/2 cup butter, chopped
1 cup pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Layer peaches in greased 9 X 13-inch baking pan. Sprinkle with cake mix, butter and pecans. Bake in 325 degree oven fifty-five to sixty minutes.
