10 oz. Prosciutto Tortellini
8 oz carton Baby Bella mushrooms
loose Italian sausage
1 small carton Panna (200 ml) (from an Italian store)
Grated Romano or Parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage. Add mushrooms and sauté until soft. Cook tortellini in boiling salted water. Add panna to sausage and mushroom mixture and stir together. Then add tortellini to the mixture.

Serve in pasta dishes and sprinkle with Romano cheese.
