16 cups boiled and peeled whole tomatoes
1 large onion diced
2 large bell peppers diced
1 bunch celery diced
1 1/2 TBSP garlic

1 XL can of tomato sauce
1 large can tomato paste
1/2 cup butter
3 TBSP Olive Oil
1 TBSP Italian Seasoning
1 TBSP salt
2 tsp dried rosemary
1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp pepper
2 TBSP basil (squeeze kind)

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer the tomatoes, onion, peppers, celery and garlic until they are tender, then puree it with a hand mixer.

Add the remaining ingredients and let simmer for a couple of hours. Cool.

Put in freezer bags and freeze on cookie sheets and then stack in freezer.
