3 cups flour,
1 teaspoon soda,
1/2 teaspoon salt,
1 cup sugar,
1 cup butter,
1/2 cup brown sugar,
2 eggs,
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 61/2 ounce packages chocolate mint candy,
nut halves for decoration.
Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients. Cream butter and sugars. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add flour and form dough.. Drop by teaspoonfuls on ungreased baking sheet. Press candy wafer on each cookie. Top with scant teaspoon dough. Top with nut half. Bake at 375 for about 10 minutes.
