6 slices bread, crusts removed
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 C melted butter
1/2 C Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place bread in stacks of three. Soak center slice of bread of each stack in beaten egg. Replace to center of stack. Cut stacks into 9 bit sized pieces. Roll each pice in melted butter, then Parmesan cheese, Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 325 degrees for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Great with a soup supper.
