1 T butter
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 can Chicken with rice soup
1 can tomato soup
1 C water
1 egg
1 lb ground beef
2 slices soft bread, torn into small pieces
1/4 C milt
1 t salt
1/2 t pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute green pepper and onion in butter, until tender. Stir in soups with water. Heat to boiling, turn down heat and simmer, stirring occasionally. Beat egg in a bowl, add ground beef, bread, milk, salt and pepper. Shape meat mixture into balls and drop into simmering sauce. Cook slowly about 45 minutes until sauce thickens.
