PUDDING: ¾ cup sugar, 1 cup flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 1 square unsweetened chocolate melted with 2 tbsp butter, ½ cup milk, ½ tsp vanilla.

TOPPING: ½ cup brown sugar, ½ cup white sugar, 4 tbsp cocoa, 1 cup cold water.

Combine all the pudding ingredients and mix well. Pour into a greased 8 x 8 baking dish. Sprinkle on topping ingredients without mixing together. Pour cup of cold water over the top and bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve at room temperature with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
