16 Slices White Bread ( remove crusts)
Slices of Back Bacon or ham
Slices of sharp cheddar cheese
6 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 - 1 tsp dry mustard
1/4 c minced onions
1/4 c green pepper ( finely chopped
1-2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3 cups WHOLE milk
dash tabasco
1/2 cup butter
Special k or crushed Corn Flakes

Directions:

1. In a 9 x 13 buttered baking dish, layer bread slices to cover completely.
2. Add layer of ham then cheese, cover with bread completely again. (Can be frozen at this stage and thaw slightly before pouring egg mixture over)
3. Mix everything else except butter & pour over all. Cover and let sit overnight.
4. In the morning, melt butter and pour over top. Sprinkle with corn flakes
5. Bake uncovered at 350º for 1 hour. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving
