1 Package Betty Crocker Oatmeal Cookie Mix
2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1/2 Tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp. Nutmeg
1/2 Cup Pecans, Chopped
1/2 Cup Ocean Spray Dried Cranberries
Directions:
Directions:
Pour oatmeal cookie mix into a bowl and mix according to package directions. Add 2 tablespoons oil, pecans, cinnamon, nutmeg and cranberries. Mix well. Using an ice cream scoop, scoop batter into golf ball size balls and pace on a cookie sheet at least three inches apart. bake for 7-9 minutes at 400 degrees. Cool for 10 minutes.
